If you're like me and have a million scraps of fabric that you have no idea what to do with then you'll want to do this activity with your kids. I saw this great little idea over at Skip to my Lou to make scrap fabric paper dolls and knew it was a must.
You can find the paper dolls over there all ready to print out.
Then gather up all those scraps and your ready for some fun fashion designing.
Cut . . . Paste . . . Color . . .
I don't think we'll ever get tired of this activity!
Those are so cute. I loved paper dolls as a kid. I can't quiet get my tom boyish girl to care. Luckily my two year old will go for this one day!
ReplyDeleteMy girls, too, would love this activity, though I'm not sure that I would love all the teeny tiny bits of fabric and thread that they will through all around the room as they do it. lol
ReplyDeleteMy 7yo daughter would go nuts over this! And it would give her something to do instead of hovering over me as I sew... :) great idea, thanks!
ReplyDeleteAwesome activity!
ReplyDeleteLove it!

Fun! I'll have to try this out with my lil' girl.
ReplyDeleteWe found these last summer and my girls have had a blast with them. I even went so far as to use it for an Activity Days on modesty, where they got to design modest outfits. The girls LOVED it!
ReplyDeleteLovely!! I used to LOVE doing this when I was a girl, although I made them for my toy animals and dollies by cutting and sticking with sellotape and pins!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to It's Playtime today!
